The Distribution Women’s Leadership Council (DWLC) is dedicated to the recruitment, retention, empowerment and advancement of professionals by creating and maintaining a forum of best practices, mentorship and sponsorship to leverage market opportunity and achieve AmeriLife’s Distribution business objectives.
